Awarded to the most innovative building controls/BEMS product development introduced into the UK market in the 12 month period preceding the entry deadline.

Criteria

Entries must detail what aspects of the product are innovative. Judges will be looking for:

Innovation which is significantly different from current market technology or which builds on existing technologies to create a significant difference on what is currently available.

How the product has been applied; or if the product is very new how it could be applied.

Where the product has been available on the market, testimonials should be supplied.

The closing date for entries is 23rd January 2025.
